HANDLING STRESS IN DAY TO DAY LIFE

Healthier ways to manage stress

 Stress in daily life   is common for all people    changing work, travelling, cooking .etc    .

Mediate:    meditation   helps people come out of stress easily. Meditation is the best remedy for stress. Daily 10-15 minutes   is the necessary   in people life. Sit straight on both feet on floor. Close  your eyes  and focus on reciting  silently – a positive mantra  like   I am at peace, I love my self,  mantra or any  peaceful chant. Let distracting thoughts go way like clouds.


Exercise   : physical exercise is one of the good remedy for stress.
 Daily   schedule a walk, run, or jog.
Manage  your time  properly, avoid  unnecessary    things .learn  to forgive  the people Eat  a healthy diet : avoid  junk food, ice creams,  oily food .Etc. reduce    caffeine and sugar  in your diet.
 Take positive thinking approach in life   and to learn how to be more positive in life.
Get enough sleep.
Listen to music
Watch comedy show
Play a game like tennis or.Etc

Don’t be so serious in life have some humour in life.
 Take care of yourself .get plenty of rest.try out new ways of thinking
Focus on present
Things that are bothering u write down.
 Laughter is the best medicine for people.
 A hobby can help you   gain knowledge and relax.
Use relaxation exercises to help to face the situations in life.
Stress comes from work to home and reverse also. Long working hours is another prime region for stress
