When a person is fat, he or she lose confidence when  meeting  people (friends or relatives) and it is a bit  in convenient when people advice to  reduce weight. Being fat can affect one’s self-esteem, it is also harmful to one’s health. The extra fat in your body can get  diseases easily. High blood pressure, diabetes and heart attack are few examples from the list of diseases when a person is over weighted. eating  lot of junk food,  fried  food, ice creams ..etc  makes a person  abnormal fat
Person   becomes fat   due to boredom, depression, lack of exercise, lack of rest, improper diet   lack  of sleep and hypothyroidism Stress and hypertension, Genetics It is very hard to remove excess or abdominal fat especially,

If a  person  eats a healthy  diet and  does proper  exercise can makes u feel good and healthy
Tips  to reduce  fat
1. Make a time table to eat  at right time and  healthy food.
2. Get  proper  sleep  minimum 7-8 hours  a day.
3. Eat  lot  of vegetables, fruits and nuts  daily at proper intervals.
4. Do meditation  early  in the morning.
5. Drink  8-10 glasses of water  daily.
6. Eat  healthy, balanced  nutrition breakfast   in the morning .
7. Eat  proper protein food, avoid  junk, oily food.
8. Eat lot of leafy vegetables and high fiber foods
9. APPLE , ALMONDS, AVOCADO  CUCUMBER,WATERMELON,BEANS ..ETC consume  more in diet
10. Say no to  sugar products

1.SWIMMING  A 1 HOUR  DAILY REDUCE AND  MAKES A PERSON  FEEL  ACTIVE
2. JOGGING  FOR 45  MINUTES IS VERY  GOOD FOR  POINT  OF HEALTH
3.BENDING  EXERCISE  LEGS, HANDS  SIDE TO SIDE REDUCES LOT OF FAT IN THE BODY


HOME REMEDIES  TO REDUCE  FAT
1. START A DAY  WITH  GLASS OF WARM  WATER, LEMON JUICE  AND HONEY  OR SALT IN IT . IT REDUCES  FAT IN THE BODY AND MAKES A PERSON FEEL GOOD.
2. DRINK  DAILY 3 TO 4 CUPS OF   GREEN TEA
3. TAKE  2 – 3 TSP OF HONEY AND  2 TBSP  OF  LEMON MIX TOGETHER AND DRINK  DAILY  TO REDUCE   FAT.
